Each new Allen Tate Realtor is welcomed to the company and the industry with our exclusive Winner's Edge training class. This comprehensive, multi-week program will introduce you to every aspect of a real estate career with Allen Tate Company.

Interactive course modules include topics from marketing and business development to negotiating contracts and measuring square footage. You'll learn the basics and more through off-site visits, sessions with experienced agents and company leaders, and hands-on role play opportunities to assist you in developing confidence and professionalism.
