Todd Munday became a Realtor® right in the throes of the downturn. And he never regretted it for a minute.

Coming from a career in construction, Todd was glad to get off the road and spend more time with his family when he joined a small firm after getting his real estate license. During that time, he had a several transactions with Allen Tate agents, and was impressed with their professionalism and preparation. "It looked like they really knew what they were doing," he remembers.

His Allen Tate Broker-In-Charge Stephanie Gossett was his agent when he and his wife bought their first house years ago. Todd says the experience with Stephanie was "fantastic." So the transition to Allen Tate, in a sense, brought Todd full circle.

Todd appreciates how Stephanie's leadership role positions her to help, not compete, with agents in the office. "I can get answers to questions almost immediately," Todd says. "Where else does that happen these days?"

He thrives in the Lake Norman, NC office, which has helped him reach more and different markets. He takes advantage of Allen Tate's Market Report to stay in constant contact with his network, along with sending out Just Listed postcards.

He particularly likes Tate Tuesday sessions and the opportunity to learn about what is going on in the area. "It keeps us a step ahead of the competition," he continues.
