Lolita Malave

Sales Manager - Greensboro-Green Valley

When a Realtor® tells you they've been farming, it usually means that they have been targeting certain neighborhoods with marketing as a means to gain new clients. But Lolita Malave, sales manager of the Greensboro-Green Valley office, sees it a bit differently. Long before she was a Realtor, she was fourth-generation farm kid, feeding cows, chickens, pigs and horses on a working family farm in Florida.

But even then, Lolita was determined and resourceful, raising an award-winning steer during high school and selling him to finance her freshman year of college. After college, Lolita worked as a middle school English teacher and lived abroad for several years as a military spouse. When she moved from Florida to Greensboro in 1998, she had a disappointing experience selling her home and decided to become a Realtor.

Today, she loves helping clients buy and sell homes; they admire her outgoing personality, energy, knowledge and patience. When she's not working, you'll likely find her serving the industry on the local and state level, volunteering in her community, or spending time with her husband Angel, daughter Caitlin and Chihuahua, Kiwi.
