Nancy Radtke

Branch Leader - Greensboro-North Elm

In the real estate business, it's helpful to have an eye for design and a knack for marketing. Nancy Radtke, branch leader of the Allen Tate Greensboro-North Elm office, brought both to her career as one of the founding members of Allen Tate in the Triad region and a $60 million top producer.

After highly successful career as fashion design and merchandising director for a several leading apparel brands (and many moves), it seemed logical that Nancy's experience would translate well into real estate. Today, she strives to support her agents so they, in turn, can provide unsurpassed excellence in their client relationships and transactions. Her recent experience as president of the Greater Greensboro Realtor Association provides her with a keen insight of real estate practices throughout the region.

While Nancy's vocation is real estate, her avocation is the arts. She's a member of the board of directors for ArtsGreensboro, past Arts Funds chair and a member of the Greensboro Cultural Center Commission. Nancy and her husband, Robert, live in Greensboro with their pets, Molly, Coco and Chelsea.
