If you have an active real estate license but aren't interested in a full-time real estate career, then the Real Estate Referral Network of the Carolinas (RERNC) may offer the right opportunity. RERNC agents include those who have never sold real estate, those who have left the business, former owners and even those who want to slow down a bit. As an RERNC member, you can send referrals to actively licensed agents in our region, throughout the U.S. and even internationally. We collect referral fees from these agents/brokers and pay RERNC agents a percentage of the fee based on an annual split schedule:

Example:
Sales Price: $200,000 x 3% referred side commission = $6,000
Gross Referral Fee: 25% = $1,500
